d Splash Liquid Eyeliners have been specially formulated for extra long durability. These smudge-proof liquid eyeliners are easy to apply with the fine brush applicator. They are also moisture resistant and will not leave crease marks on your eyes. Lid Splash is available in metallic, matte and glitter formulations.

Position the brush as close to the lash-line along the eyelid as possible. Then draw a line from the inner to outer corner using one fluid stroke, following the curvature of the eyelid.
