5" and 7" fine kohl eyeliner pencils are available in the most brilliant of colors!
Coastliner can be used to define or extend the shape of the eyes and they give a softer, more natural line. Draw a line from the inner to outer corner using one fluid stroke, following the curvature of the eyelid. Keep pencils sharpened and ready for use, as blunted or broken points can spoil the whole effect.
